Welcome to Osteomedica
Osteomedica is an osteopathy and sports injury clinic on Navan Road in Dublin 7. Our services include osteopathy, neuromuscular therapy, sports injury care and craniosacral therapy. Each appointment begins with a discussion of your concerns and an assessment to help us decide which approach is appropriate.
We take time to understand your symptoms, medical history and goals. We explain the findings and available options, and agree on a plan with you. This may include suitable hands-on care, advice on activity and individual exercises. Your comfort, preferences and consent guide the appointment.
The clinic is located within the Family Clinic GP building at 263 Navan Road, Dublin 7, D07 RCK4. Please use the shared main entrance.

My interest in human anatomy, movement and physical therapy led me to begin training in 2013. I completed an 18-month Neuromuscular Physical Therapy certification programme at the National Training Centre in Dublin, followed by a two-and-a-half-year Higher Diploma in Neuromuscular Physical Therapy (NMPT).
My training covered manual and soft-tissue techniques, spinal mobilisation, dry needling and rehabilitation exercises. I then completed a five-year osteopathic programme.

- Diploma in Cranio-Sacral Therapy for babies and adults

- Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Osteopathic Medicine, awarded in December 2022

I combine this training with a thorough assessment and a practical, individual approach to care. We discuss your needs and preferences, review your response to treatment and agree on the next steps together.
