Website Privacy Notice
Updated 23 October 2026. This notice explains the use of personal data when you visit the English and Polish OsteoMedica websites or send an appointment enquiry.
Who is responsible?
OsteoMedica, 263 Navan Road, Dublin 7, D07 RCK4, within Family Clinic GP. For privacy questions, email info@osteomedicaclinic.com or call 089 273 8489.
Appointment enquiries
Our forms ask for your name, email address and message; the Polish form also asks for a subject. We use the details you provide to respond to your enquiry and, where requested, arrange an appointment. Providing these details is voluntary, but we need a way to contact you to reply.
The legal basis for handling general enquiries is our legitimate interest in communicating with people who contact the clinic. Where you ask us to arrange treatment, relevant administrative processing may also be necessary to take steps at your request before providing a service.
Please do not include detailed medical histories, scan reports or other sensitive information in an initial website enquiry. Discuss the appropriate way to provide clinical information directly with the clinic. This website notice does not replace information about the separate handling and retention of clinical records.
Technical data and service providers
Website and email systems process technical information, such as IP addresses, browser details and security logs, to deliver and protect the service. Hosting, email and relevant technical providers may process data needed for these functions. The website is hosted with Hostinger and the clinic uses Titan email.
Pages may include Google Maps, external media and analytics tools, including Google Analytics on the English and Polish websites. These services may receive technical data and use cookies or similar technologies. Some providers process data outside the European Economic Area. Their privacy information explains their processing and transfer arrangements. See Google Privacy Policy. You can also manage cookies through your browser and any cookie choices presented on the website.
How long information is kept
Enquiry correspondence is retained for as long as needed to deal with the enquiry, arrange any requested appointment and meet related administrative, legal or record-keeping needs. The criteria include whether the enquiry is still active, whether it becomes part of a patient record and whether a legal obligation or dispute requires retention. Contact us for the retention information relevant to your particular records.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing. If processing is based on consent, you can withdraw that consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. Contact the clinic using the details above. We may need to verify your identity before providing personal data.
You may raise a concern with Ireland’s Data Protection Commission.
Questions and updates
Please contact us if you would like further information about website data or the handling of clinical records. We will update this page when the website’s data practices change.

Cookies and your choices
Optional analytics and embedded Google Maps are blocked until you choose the relevant category. Use Accept all, Reject optional or Preferences in the cookie banner. You can reopen your choices using the floating cookie settings button. Withdrawing consent reloads the page to apply the new choice. Choices are managed separately on the English and Polish websites.
- Essential: wpconsent_preferences stores your cookie choice for 30 days.
- Statistics: Google Analytics on the English and Polish websites measures visits and website use. It may set cookies such as _ga and _ga_* when this category is allowed.
- Marketing and external content: Google Maps receives technical information when you allow its embedded map to load. The clinic address remains available without enabling the embedded map.
Rejecting optional services does not prevent you from contacting the clinic or using the enquiry forms. Google cookies and retention depend on the service and your Google settings; see the provider privacy information linked above.
